We’re looking for a couple of ambitious and committed Junior Sous Chefs with a real passion for the hospitality industry. You’re more than capable & ready to take the next step in your career. You have worked in kitchens for at least 5 years & are basically mad keen to continue your learning with a view to progress to the very top.

For us it’s all about continuing to serve fresh, quirky, high quality gourmet bar food in a kitchen thats actually a nice environment to be in (no, really!)

Don’t be confused this is a busy work place, and as well as having high standards and demonstrating good attention to detail, you’ll help the crew set the bar high in terms of delicious dishes, effective kitchen controls and excellent standards of health and hygiene.

What is really important is your ability to thrive as part of a team & display genuine comradery for your brigade and the rest of Team DB.
