So for the Leamington Food & Drink Festival in September we wheeled our Drawing Board Bacon Bloody Mary (#DBBBM). Now we take our Bloody Mary’s pretty seriously so its the same for our Bacon Vodka. We sous vide the bacon inside the vodka at a temperature that cooks the bacon but it doesn’t lose the alcohol. We then add this to our own Bloody Mary recipe and add a few little touches, a bacon crumb & some celery cress et voila! Bacon in a drink- awesome!!
