Kids

Well behaved children are very welcome at The DB, there’s a kids section on the menu and plenty of board games to keep them occupied. Baby changing facilities are situated rather politically incorrectly in the Ladies toilet. We have several high chairs available.

Dogs

Well behaved & on the leash dogs are welcome throughout the pub, we have water bowls & biscuits available. Please be respectful of diners, some may bite.

Parking

There is paid street parking immediately outside the pub & a Pay & Display car park at the rear of the pub. There is even some free parking nearby but you’ll have to be swift and it’s only for a couple of hours.

Garden

Our garden is compact & bijou with space for about 25 people. We don’t book tables out there.

Wheelchair Access

We are a rather lovely Grade 2 listed building so there are a couple of hefty steps at the front of the pub so we have access to the bar area from the car park behind the pub. The gate is often locked for security reasons so it’s worth mentioning when you book and then we can be on hand to roll out the red carpet.

Dietary Requirements

We try to be as flexible as possible with dietary & allergy requirements. We have a separate gluten free & vegan menu but if you have something more ‘niche’ feel free to email or call & we’ll do our best accommodate.
