Our Tapas & Small Plates selection covers a real global style of sharing options that reflect a very casual attitude to dining out. Our main courses can dip a toe in fine dining or graze a breast of traditional French classics but it is Chef, Saleem Ahmed’s use of Middle Eastern & Asian flavour combinations that can really make life interesting. A modern take on a British classic or something a little more aloof – it will not necessarily be what you’re expecting.
Saleem hails from Inverness & has worked for the likes of Marco Pierre White & Richard Turner in his twenty odd year career. He’s worked in Michelin stars, held Bib Gourmands & been an Executive Chef a few times over.
