You’re not in Kansas anymore…As with all things DB This is a non traditional experience. We use modern cooking techniques to serve our rather eclectic style of food, offering creativity with buckets of (locally sourced) quirk. 

Our Tapas & Small Plates selection covers a real global style of sharing options that reflect a very casual attitude to dining out.

Main courses can dip a toe in fine dining or graze a breast of traditional French classics but it is our use of Middle Eastern & Asian flavour combinations that can really make life interesting. A modern take on a British classic or something a little more aloof – it will not necessarily be what you’re expecting.  We cater for Vegans & Vegetarians & offer a wide selection of gluten & dairy free options. (blimey, I never thought I’d write that?!- how times have changed!)

The point is that you can have something that looks & eats spectacularly but is served to you in a relaxed, unpretentious way. Stuffy we are not!

Note: Due to Sam’s lackadaisical attitude these menus are an indication of what is available & by no means necessarily what is on the actual menu. Parties of ten or more will need to order from a smaller Pre Order Menu only available from the pub.
